Each leaf takes 1 height piece and 2 width pieces of profile, plus 1 height piece of handle bar on the handle side; 45° cuts and a corner at each of the 4 corners.

By Profileo's rule, per leaf and by the leaf's height: normal hinges 2 under 610 mm, 3 under 1830 mm, otherwise 5; 3D and premium box hinges 2 under 1830 mm, otherwise 4. Hinges are sold in pairs, so an odd total needs one more; the calculator shows it.

The full handle runs the whole height of the shutter. The curved handle bar has its handle only in set places: under 1220 mm high a 250 mm handle 200 mm above the bottom, 1220 mm or taller a 400 mm handle at mid-height. The curved handle does not fit shutters under 450 mm high; use the full handle there.

Each leaf takes 1 height piece and 2 width pieces (top and bottom) of profile. The calculator sorts all pieces longest first, places them on 3 m bars and counts the bars. The cutting list shows which piece to cut from which bar and what is left over.

Shutter glass cannot be ordered on SHAMOGRI.STORE's site yet. The calculator shows the glass size for each leaf and the total square feet, so you can tell the glass shop.
রং বা ফিনিশ কীভাবে বাছব?How do I choose the colour or finish?
প্রোফাইল আর হ্যান্ডেল বার 7টা ফিনিশে পাওয়া যায়। ক্যালকুলেটরে একটা ফিনিশ বাছলে সব বার সেই ফিনিশে কার্টে যায়, আর অর্ডারে ফিনিশের নাম লেখা থাকে। কাটা বার ফেরত হয় না, তাই কার্টে নেওয়ার আগে ফিনিশ আর মাপ মিলিয়ে নিন।
The profile and handle bars come in 7 finishes. Pick one in the calculator and every bar goes into the cart in that finish; the order carries the finish name. Cut bars cannot be returned, so check the finish and sizes before adding them.
